We are happy to announce that ACHs can now be funded instantly!
Want to fund your account with an ACH? You can find step-by-step instructions here.
You may receive an email that your ACH has been rejected; in the email, it will inform you why the ACH could not be completed. For more information, submit a request under "Account Funding".
Please note that we're unable to reverse ACH deposits. If you'd like to withdraw funds, submit an IRA Distribution Request here or a PCA/Treasury Account Withdrawal Request here. ACH deposits are subject to a 30-day hold period before withdrawals are permitted, to protect iTrustCapital and its clients.
For more information, check out our Cash Contributions FAQ.
