As all iTrustCapital IRAs are Self-Directed (SDIRAs), they must be under the applicant's full name.
We do not accept LLCs or Trusts as IRA owners. However, Trusts (Revocable, Irrevocable, etc.) may be listed as IRA beneficiaries on the applicants' accounts.
iTrustCapital also offers Treasury Accounts (non-IRA), which provide businesses, trusts, non-profits, and other entities with the ability to buy and sell digital assets with enhanced closed-loop security features and institutional-grade custody. Learn more about Treasury Accounts here.
