Each and every exchange will have a different bid-ask spread and we take the prices directly from our liquidity providers.
Currently, we are looking to add more liquidity providers to ensure our clients have increased accessibility to liquidity, enabling them to capitalized on the best prices possible.
We work hard with our Qualified Custodian, Fortis Bank, to put as much pressure on the LPs as possible to ensure spreads are tight and fair, but we are not an exchange, and the dynamic on our platform is a bit different than what people are used to on a typical exchange. This is even more so the case when there is a lot of volatility.
With that said, it's vital to compare us and our pricing to other Crypto IRA software platforms, and amongst those, our fees and prices are very competitive, if not the best in the industry.
It's also important to note that, unlike mainstream exchanges:
- We put Security first: All accounts require 2FA and aren't connected to hot wallets.
- US-based company with US-based support
- We offer an open phone line with a limited hold time
- Maintain a level of service and responsiveness unrivaled in the crypto industry
- All client funds are held off-balance sheet through a state-chartered and regulated Qualified Custodian
- Digital Assets are stored using stress-tested and renowned Institutional Storage Providers
