Note: Treasury Accounts only permit USD withdrawals to the entity's US bank account on record. You cannot withdraw crypto from the Treasury Account. This “closed-loop system” ensures that accounts can’t be drained of assets in the event an account is compromised. Visit our Treasury Account FAQs for more info. 

This form can also be used for transferring assets from a PCA to a Treasury Account. Please note that only Treasury Accounts under a Trust are eligible for this transfer. LLC Treasury Accounts are not eligible.
