I acknowledge that I am aware of the transaction fee. In-Kind Crypto Withdrawals from PCA accounts will be charged a standard transaction fee of 0.5% (50 bps), capped at $5,000. This fee must be paid via credit card.

I confirm that the USD value of the asset I am requesting to withdraw is over $10,000. In-Kind Crypto Withdrawals require a minimum value of $10,000 per asset.
