Upon completing the form, we will send you the next steps as well as a DocuSign to proceed within 1-2 business days. Distributions will take up to 7-14 business days after the DocuSign is signed - dependent upon on our volume of requests.
Many clients choose to take distributions in USD. We do also permit clients to take their assets "in-kind" to their personal digital wallets. This means you can take possession of the assets you have invested with us in the same form ("in-kind"). You are not required to sell back to USD.
Please note that we can not liquidate the assets for you, so if you wish to take a USD distribution, you'll have to ensure an appropriate amount of USD is available. Please keep in mind that $15 will be taken from distribution/transfer out amount for all wires and $5 will be taken out for all ACHs.
