What information is required to set up a treasury account?

To open a treasury account, you’ll need to provide the entity’s legal name, URL, and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN). You’ll also be asked to select your entity type, indicate whether you are listed as an executive or officer of the company, provide your title, and confirm whether you hold at least 25% ownership. I

In addition, you must provide your registered entity’s complete address, including street, city, state, zip code, and country (U.S. only). You will also be required to upload an Articles of Incorporation (or equivalent) and an entity bank statement.

How can I fund my Treasury Account?

You can fund your entity’s Treasury Account through either Bank wire or in-kind crypto deposit. Please note that funds must come from an account or wallet held by your entity.

Can I transfer assets from my personal PCA to my Treasury Account?

Yes, funds from a personal PCA can be moved to a Treasury Account if the account is listed under a Trust. Treasury Accounts under LLCs are not currently eligible.

When opening a Treasury Account, is there a minimum amount I need to fund?

Yes, the minimum amount required to fund when opening a Treasury Account is $1,000.  Subsequent deposits have a minimum of $500.
