We do not store Custodied digital assets in hot wallets as a safety precaution. Due to this structure, client funds can't be drained like a typical exchange account. We require a video call for any funds to be moved to a personal wallet or bank account. If you believe you are a victim of a cybercrime, please submit a request under "Tech Support" or call Tech Support at (213) 558-4174 during regular business hours which are Monday to Friday, 8AM - 12PM & 2PM - 5PM PST.
