How Do I Change The Email or Phone Number Associated With My Account?

To Update your Email or Phone Number:

1. Submit a request through this link.

2. Select the Prompt "General Request/New Client Onboarding." Please be sure to tick the "Do you already have an account established?" box.

3. Fill out your iTrustCapital email and account number.

4. Select Category "Change Account Information" and "Change My Personal Information".

5. Enter "Change Email" or "Change Phone Number" in the subject line, and provide the previous AND the new Email or Phone Number in the 'Description' field.

Once your request is submitted, a representative will reach out with the next steps to officially change your information.
