To update your name, please submit a request under "General Request/New Client Onboarding."

1. Tick the "Do you already have an account established?" box.

2. Input your iTrustCapital email and account number.

3. Select Category "Change Account Information" and "Change My Personal Information".

4. Enter "Change My Name" in the subject line, and provide your new name in the 'Description' accompanied by a government ID that has the updated full name displayed.

Once your request is submitted a representative will reach out with the next steps to officially change your name on file.
