To update your name, please submit a request under "General Request/New Client Onboarding." Please select the "Do you already have an account established" box.
You will then be prompted to provide your iTrustCapital email and account number. Next, you will select Category "Change Account Information" and "Change My Personal Information".
Then, enter "Change My Name" in the subject line, and provide your new name in the 'Description' accompanied by a government ID that has the updated full name displayed.
Once your request is submitted a representative will reach out with the next steps to officially change your name on file.
