To update your mailing address, please submit a request under "General Request/New Client Onboarding." Please select the "Do you already have an account established" box.
You will then be prompted to provide your iTrustCapital email and account number. Next, you will select Category "Change Account Information" and "Change My Personal Information".
Then, enter "Change my address" in the subject line, and provide your new address in the 'Description' accompanied by a utility bill that has the updated address and your full name displayed.
Once your request is submitted a representative will reach out with the next steps to officially change your address on file.
